Anyone care to explain what the heck is going on with Fabio’s tongue? My best guess is that his teeth were acting as a girdle and without them, his tongue is really spreading out.

Once again Jaqweenie has derped himself into another dimension.

The picture of Fabio is right after I checked to make sure he was still alive. I’d hate to be taking pictures of him thinking he looks goofy and have it turn out I’m taking pictures of a dead dog. 😅 Fabio is experiencing the same phenomenon Jaqweenie did after he got several teeth removed. The tongue gets lazy. Luckily Fabio still has two canines to keep his tongue in place to some degree.

VOTE FOR FABIO!!! It’s ’s annual calendar fundraiser contest, and I want Fabio to be the cover boy! Please vote for him and raise money for the rescue that saved him.

Hope pulled Fabio from the shelter after he was found as a stray. They paid to have 21 rotten teeth removed, as well as a massive bladder stone removed that was causing him to p*e his pants multiple times a day. His teeth were so rotten that the smell emanating from him necessitated lighting a scented candle every time he ate before his dental. He must have been in so much pain.

Now he is in fospice care so Hope is bankrolling his expensive lifestyle which includes his fancy prescription food that will prevent a reoccurrence of his bladder stone. He also requires twice daily medication to prevent seizures. This s**t is not cheap! Votes are $1 a pop so please go vote for my little ancient sc***um. Right now you can buy 30 votes for $20!

Literally the most attractive men I know. Did I ever tell you about the time had a friend tell me she felt attractive people had more value than less attractive people? It was in response to a discussion about how the media responds to missing attractive, white women versus people of color.

She felt because attractive people are nice to look at, it was a greater loss when something happened to them. For some reason we aren’t friends anymore. Isn’t that weird?

I’ve finally figured out Ol’ A**s Eyes likes being carried in a baby wrap. I’ve tried it all: slings, backpacks, and front facing carriers and this is by far his favorite. Makes sense given that he’s a baby grandpa.

My remaining foster puppies are doing so well. I think they’re completely out of danger from the Parvo. Now I need to focus on finding them homes because they’ve been online for weeks without a single application. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy might I suggest the brindle girl Deep Dish? She’s all about lap time and it melts my heart.

Honestly, all these puppies are lovely. I think they’re Pittie mixes and will probably be medium sized. They won’t be contagious anymore by November 20 and can go to their new homes then. We accept out of state adopters so please apply at .

We had to take a mid walk break for Fabio to bump around my neighbors yard so obviously I turned it into an impromptu photo sesh with the boys.

What a week. 🫠 I’m trying to appreciate the little things like walks with the dogs and the Fall colors on the Ginkos. Honestly it’s been rough, but I really appreciate all your kind comments after the loss of my foster puppy.

Is every single member of this family a model or is it just a great picture?! Well, the boys are models at least. Even Fabio has had his modeling debut! Kirby and I are still waiting for our big break.

Did I ever tell you about the time I was offered a gig modeling underwear? Upon clarification I discovered it was actually for adult diapers.

LAST DAY OF EARLY VOTING! Get your tushie into the voting booth! With the craziness surrounding this election it’s a good idea to get it done now. I’m one of those people who like to vote on Election Day but this year I wasn’t taking any chances.

I don’t care if you “aren’t a political person” or don’t like either candidate. The stakes are too high to sit this one out. Voting is not just your right, but it’s also your civic duty. Reproductive rights are on the chopping block.

Check to see if your local election board has a wait tracker for early voting polling places so you can avoid lines. 🗳️
