This is Winnie, our pet of the month winner for our South Saunders location! Winnie is a three-year-old Westie. Her best friend is a yellow lab named Kitt. When she’s not snuggling up for naps, Winnie loves swimming, retrieving buoys, and chasing squirrels and tennis balls! 🐿️🎾

🐾 PET OF THE MONTH - LONGVIEW 🐾

This is Andrew, our pet of the month winner for the Longview location! Andrew was adopted from Saving Grace Animal shelter in January of 2024. His parents knew he was the one when he was the first doggy to greet them and show off his beautiful and unique coat 🐶❤️ Since then, he has become an energetic, 60 pound lap dog, or so he thinks. You can win him over with a peanut butter Kong or the sound of a harmonica 🎶 His parents are so grateful for the joy and cuddles he’s brought to their lives 💕

This is Snowball, a 7-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix who's had quite the journey and is looking for a calm and loving forever home. He was surrendered at our Longview location this summer and has since been fostered by one of our lovely staff members. He's potty-trained, good with cats, and does well with calm dogs.
Snowball's big personality has really started to shine. He loves spending time with his foster family, enjoying plenty of treats, cuddles, sunbathing in the yard, and taking naps. He's a low-maintenance, laid-back companion who enjoys simple pleasures and loves to be by your side. 💖🐶🐾

🐾 PET OF THE MONTH - PERSON ST 🐾
This is Atlas, our pet of the month winner for the Person St location! Atlas was adopted from the Freedom German Shepherd Rescue. He is a 2 year old GSD / Husky mix. He ALWAYS has something to talk about, he's the absolute best cuddle buddy, and feels most alive on a boat ride and swimming in salt water. He's never met a stranger and is openly accepting new K9 buddies! 🐶🌊

Emergency services will remain available 24/7 at our South Saunders location.

If there is a 5th Saturday of the month (as in November), ALL LOCATIONS WILL BE CLOSED.

Hello, I’m Leia Bastus and I was born on Feb. 16/2023.

“On January 2023 our beloved dog Lisa passed away. I was devastated because she was my best friend. After some months of grieving, my husband convinced me to get another dog. We met our little princess Leia and we felt in love with her. She is like Lisa: pure love, always happy, so playful, sweet and fun, and she also gives hugs! Our journey started in 2012 while I was in college in Boulder, Colorado. 12 years, 3 states, 8 housing situations later, we now call Raleigh home. 4 years ago, Toker got his very own cat named Tito, and they’ve been inseparable since. Toker loves to feel the wind in his fur, waking everyone up to the sound of his rough tongue on paper or tape, and loves his golden string the most out of his many toys.
