You can come straight to our ranch in Ramona to pick them up and if you call in advance you can even tour the place. Important Update: Limited Hours for Petting Zoo and Playground

Dear Valued Customers and Farm School Families,

In our efforts to create a wonderful and safe space for both our farm customers and our farm school students, we will be adjusting the hours of our petting zoo and playground. This change will be in effect from January 13th to May 30th.

During this period, the petting zoo and playground will be open Monday through Friday from 12:30PM to 5PM. Our Saturday hours will remain unchanged—the petting zoo and playground will still be open from 9AM to 5PM.

We’re happy to share that our farm store hours will remain the same, so feel free to stop by anytime during the week to pick up your local favorites, including fresh eggs and other farm goods!

We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Chickens truly are incredible.

They have the most nutrient-dense manure out of all animals!

When they deposit their manure directly onto the soil it enriches it with organic matter and essential nutrients. This enhances soil fertility, improve soil structure, and support plant health, all of which contribute to long-term soil vitality.

Did you know that over time, pasture-raised chickens can produce more nutrient-dense eggs due to the improved diversity and quality of the plants in their diet over time?

Labels can often be confusing and unclear, and sadly, often times misleading. Many terms are used to convey an image, but unfortunately the reality is the words do not line up with the idealistic imagine we have painted in our minds.

Ever heard an egg is an egg is an egg?

Well, studies have shown that eggs from hens raised outdoors are more nutrient dense compared to conventional!

3 of our eggs a day gets you 18-21g of protein depending on size, your entire daily recommended Vit D, daily choline, omega 3’s and more!

Omega 3’s are necessary for brain & heart health and reducing inflammation. Many people are not getting enough of them but far too many omega 6’s contributing to inflammation!

They’re also super high in the essential nutrient Choline which is necessary for liver & brain health. Which 90% of the U.S. population is not meeting their daily requirement.

We’ve been told that people who haven’t been able to eat eggs in years can now enjoy our organic truly outdoor corn & soy-free eggs with no inflammation! This is why we do what we do and never cut corners in quality or purity!

🐑✨L A M B I N G S E A S O N ✨🐑

It is just getting started and we are so excited.

These little long legged babes are the first of the batch. We happen to walk out to check in their mama about 5 minutes after these cuties were born.

This mama is Devon, she was the first ewe we ever brought onto the ranch with 3 babes in tow. She is the sweetest girl and even in her old age (coming up on 9 years old) she is still lambing beautifully and unassisted.

Lu, you bring out the best and flush out the worst in me and all those around you. I’m full with gratitude as I look at all that we’ve walked through these last 10 years together and all the beauty and life that has sprung up from it.
