The mare motel gutters are complete just in time for another 2” of predicted rain this weekend! We will be trying to open any arenas possible tomorrow and will post what’s open in the morning. The IEC infield is rideable now!

DUMPSTER DAY POSTPONED! Due to the increase in predicted rainfall this weekend, we will be postponing dumpster days for boarders to get rid of extra trash to next weekend, March 29. Pick up will be on Monday, April 1.

Rattlesnake Alert! The first rattlesnake of the season was spotted at the IEC by the mare motel. Make sure to keep an eye out when you're walking the facilities on foot or on your horse.

The next Equestrian Advisory Committee meeting will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12, at 6:30 pm, in the San Vicente Room. Please note that this meeting is only open to members and boarders of SDCEA. Thank you.

Rain this week slowed the progress of the mare motel footing updates. We will allow the dg to dry and company over the weekend and finish installation of sand on Monday. Moving automatic waterers and the rerouting of gutter drains will be completed in the coming week as well.
