Happy 6th birthday to our Brembo. He’s the “head” in our logo. He’s also the best family dog one could ask for, as well as being the top AmStaff in obedience in the nation (just points away from his OTCH).
Birthday hat made by our middle child. That 10 oz rib eye was consumed in 6 seconds.

Tonight we moved a large group of dogs into a small space. Due to lack of training ability we switched to management mode. Several of these dogs began training with AQK9 due to reactivity. I am so proud of my crew and their successes.

Fiz and Brembo are our personal dogs and are now amongst the top ranked AKC obedience dogs in the nation. We feel honored to be part of this great group of dogs and owners. Brembo is currently the #1 AmStaff. Fiz is top 10 in All American. Both will be at the invite only AKC National Obedience Championship this summer in Ohio. It's been 10 years since attending with our beloved rottweiler, Kilo.

Ruff Land Kennels has announced that Malibu is available for pre-order. If you you’d like to order one through us, go here and select what you’d like to order. Order by Feb 5. Payment is required up front. We will be cheaper than ordering direct and you’ll avoid shipping costs. Pickup dates will be distributed when we know more.

This is for preorder of the Malibu limited edition crates. Pre-order will be available now through Feb 5.Delivery is currenlty unknown but expected between March and April. Buyers will be contacted as soon as we receive updates.

We like finding cool new products and this happens to be one of them from Fluff Trough. Short nosed breeds have trouble eating out of regular bowls. This solves that problem. Think what pigs eat out of. Raised feeder with a low lip.

The inserts are removable and dishwasher safe. Have regular insert, slow feed insert and stainless. The black is an XL (though that might not make it to the store, Brembo needs it).

We’ve added some more OC Raw products. Goats milk, turkey necks, freeze dried and 6 lb patties. For a limited time, we have free samples of their raw, just ask.

Remember, feeding a little bit of raw is much healthier than feeding none.

Safely loading & unloading dogs onto a grooming or vet table is important. We want to be sure the dog does not experience any strains or falls. Additionally, we want to be sure we don’t hurt ourself. Gretchen was a great demo dog for this exercise. Scoop and distribute both the front and back end of the dog when putting them up on a grooming table, vet table or into a vehicle.
