Elizabeth has always been passionate about animals and knew she wanted to make a difference by working in the veterinary field. After becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), she gained experience in a variety of specialties, including exotics, emergency care, ophthalmology, and dentistry.

Now, as our Client Service Representative, Elizabeth is excited to connect with our clients and their pets, and looks forward to helping you and your furry family members!

Meet our Practice Manager, Cece!

Cece’s journey in the veterinary field began in 1999 when she joined the ROP Veterinary program, sparking her passion for animal care. Over the years, she’s worn many hats—from animal care attendant to veterinary assistant, and now, as a leader and manager, she has a deep understanding of every aspect of a veterinary hospital.

After moving from the East Coast to the West Coast, Cece has made Northern California her permanent home. She and her partner share their space with a tri-pawd Giant Schnauzer, two pitties, and a kitty who proudly guards their front door. Cece is excited to serve the community, offering top-notch care for you and your pets.

A 2004 graduate, Dr. Kaur has been working alongside her husband, Dr. Basra, ever since. Together, they have two wonderful children and a handsome dog named Magness.

Dr. Kaur enjoys cooking and biking with her family. As a second-generation veterinarian, she was inspired and mentored by her father, making her passion for veterinary care a true family tradition.

Meet Dr. Bikram Basra, DVM!

Dr. Basra earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri in 2000. He then completed a challenging internship at Metroplex Veterinary Hospital in Texas before gaining valuable experience in Los Angeles.

Dr. Basra and his wife, Dr. Kaur, are proud parents of two wonderful children and a recently adopted Goldendoodle named Magness. 🐾
