Sambava Tomato Frog
“Dyscophus guinet”

These adorable tomato frogs come from Madagascar and can usually be found in swamps, marshes or forest areas. These frogs are insectivores and feed mainly on crickets, roaches and others insects. Males grow to be around 2.5 inches, while females can grow as big as 4 inches. This little one is looking for his new home so if you love frogs, come stop by the shop and check him out! 😊

Striped Gargoyle Gecko
“Rhacodactylus auriculatus”

This arboreal species is native to the subtropical regions of New Caledonia and are mostly found in vines, trees and branches. These geckos max out at about 7-9 inches and 60-70 grams in weight. They are an amazing beginner gecko and are popular amongst reptile lovers.

Platinum Tiger Reticulated Python
“Python reticulatus”

The Reticulated Python is native to south and Southeast Asia. It is the worlds longest snake and the third heaviest snake. Adults can grow to be over 28ft in length but usually will get anywhere between 10-20 feet. With the right enclosure they could be an excellent add to any reptile collection.

Pink Toe Tarantula
“Avicularia avicularia”

The Pink Toe Tarantula is native to rainforest regions of northern South America and spends its time in trees and other plants throughout the rainforest. These creatures feed on a variety of mice, frogs, lizards, etc. females usually live a little longer at around 10-12 years in captivity while males have a little bit of a shorter lifespan. Despite being an intimidating animal for most people, these tarantulas are actually very docile and friendly.

Mossy New Caledonian Gecko
“Mniarogekko chahoua”

These arboreal geckos come from southern portions of New Caledonia and eat fruits along with different types of insects. They only get about 5 1/2in and generally live up to 15-20 years in captivity. We have a few babies ready for their new homes right now, including at our other locations, Stanton & Yorba Linda.
