🐾Spent the day with a heartwarming volunteer work at Ampon Alaga!🐕🦺 Walked the adorable Maloi, Yuri, and Bart along with the other rescued Aspins around Rockwell, Makati, with fellow volunteers. ❤️🩹 These dogs were rescued by Ampon Alaga and are all waiting for their furever homes.It’s inspiring to see how a simple act of walking these rescues brings joy and helps them adjust. 🚨 Spoiler Alert: "Wala na nagsa-scan ng Pawnec tag ni Putu"
We did this video two weeks ago to bring under the spotlight the community dogs of Cavite State University - Indang Campus. We have some of their alumna in our company and they developed that bond way before their professional careers as campus fur-guardians.
With the help of International Veterinary Students' Association - Cavite State University, we're able to sponsor their custom-made Pawnec tags to mark their rightful place in the community. The Pawnec tags were meant to bridge the widening gap of pet-friendly communities and public health by hosting their vaccine history, spay/neuter status and do's and don'ts considering their social behavior.
⚠️ Sadly, in spite of their badge of welcome and friendliness, it is the hoomans that they wish to co-exist with that neglected their safety. As one of the registered guardians of Putu remarked, "Nagtataka ako bakit wala na nags-scan ng Pawnec tag ni Putu". She wasn't showing up in her regular spaces anymore. Until one day, someone reported sighting a deceased dog in the field.
The happy trails and safe paws may have been short-lived with Putu, but we take comfort in knowing that Pawnec was still instrumental in raising that alert to Putu's lovely hooman guardians.

We had a pawsome time visiting one of our favorite pet-friendly cafes, Hound Coffee, with our little Dukemol and his new friend, River. We even got to chat with the lovely newlyweds, Mrs. Carol and Mr. Lyron Guemo, who own this cozy spot.
