Hallie is still waiting for her forever home!

Hallie is the sweetest little love bug 🐛 💞who likes all the attention on her! She is pretty mellow girl but has a BIG personality. She is so funny and sassy. She is talkative and will keep you laughing all day! She is very affectionate so if you're looking for a dog who will cuddle up with you Hallie is your girl!

She walks good on leash and her awesome Foster's are working on her excitement when she sees other dogs. She would probably do best as the only dog or with a dog who is very tolerant as she can be pushy.

Hallie overall is a great dog. She is easy to love and steals your heart instantly. Medium to lower energy husky, around 3 years old.

Our Maxie boy was adopted 🥹💞

Max's name is now Milo. Milo is a senior & so it's not easy to find a person willing to open their hearts and home to a dog that's lived most of their life already. It really takes a special selfless person.

is that special person and so is her family! They've already taken him to the beach and to restaurants in the dog friendly beach community of Redondo and Hermosa! Our little Beach Dog is already so loved! Bonus! I've known his mom since elementary school 🥹💞

Good news and good news! Maverick FKA Big Boy is with his foster! (We still need a long term foster and if anyone lives near Santa Ynez we really need some good pictures of Maverick so if anyone can go over and take some that would be so helpful! -his foster says she isn't phone or camera savvy).

The other good news is his story got lost in translation about his bloody face and this is what it's from..."his injury on his nose is currently from his biopsy We think he has a fungal infection so it's not from being beaten. We know he was probably beating maybe a year ago or maybe less I have known of him since 2023 when the group I volunteer for had him vaccinated and neutered."

So, some how he must've hit his snout on something. We are so glad it wasn't from him being hit. He has lived most of his life homeless. He has left whatever his past held behind and has started his new beautiful journey with us.

He is a very calm, good sweet boy says his temp foster. Street dogs usually make the best dogs because they've had to live in constant stimulation, live amongst strangers and other animals.

We thought he needed a strong name like Maverick because is a little fighter. So, welcome Maverick we're so happy you're with us. Thank you everyone who helped him get off the streets and to the people who pledged, and sent him gifts from his Amazon wishlist!

We need the power of social media 🆘 A concerned citizen reached out tonight asking for help. His name is "Big Boy" his owner passed away years ago and ever since then he has been living in a homeless encampment. He has been bounced around from homeless person to homeless person. He has been starved, beaten and treated horribly 💔

One of the people beat his face and he had to have surgery done on his snout. An organization paid for surgery but he returned to the homeless encampment. They are not allowing us to get him tonight but we are able to get him tomorrow.

We need a VERY loving, patient, kind, gentle person to foster him. Fostering is completely free we pay for everything they need. They are saying he is a very friendly dog and is good with other dogs. He has trouble eating so someone who will hand feed him until he's feeling better.

We can't stop evil human beings from what they've done to these innocent animals and we can't change these dog's past but we can change their future and make sure that they never feel an ounce of pain or sadness again. BUT we cannot do it without the help of the community of dog lovers who stand up against abuse and who stand up for the voiceless.

Meet Grayson – A True Gentleman Looking for His Forever Home!

Grayson is a special boy we saved from the euthanasia list, and we can’t wait for him to find the loving home he deserves. We believe he’s a Labrador-Husky mix. He is loyal, gentle, and incredibly well-mannered. He has the world's cutest ears that flop up and down when he walks.

This distinguished gentleman is as good as they come:

Adopt Bane! (He needs a new name)

He is an amazing boy 🥹 he LOVES other dogs. He is good with big and small dogs but would love a dog around his size to play with. He is excellent with kids.

He is medium energy, loves his walks, and playing fetch. He listens really well, he is so sweet and affectionate. He has no behavior issues just a wonderfully tempered dog. He is pretty petite so we think he may have some growing to do still. He's very very young!

Ivy was adopted! 🥳

We love texts that start with "we're absolutely in love" 💗 Ivy went on her adoption trial and they made it official!

Ivy is now a Redondo Beach local who spends her days with "walk/runs by the beach, trips to the village and pier and chill nights on the porch."

We are grateful for her mom & dad who weren't deterred by Ivy's separation anxiety. No dog is perfect and it's always refreshing to see people who are willing to work on their problem areas.

Thank you for loving Ivy and giving her such a wonderful life. Congratulations 🎉🥰

Dash is a young Dutch shepherd mix. He is around 72lbs. He is great with everyone he meets! He's good with other dogs and walks well on leash. He is able to accompany is foster to work 🥰

Dash is a very affectionate boy who likes to cuddle up on the couch with you. He would love an active person who wants a dog to accompany them on walks, runs, and hikes. Dash has got a great temperament and is going to make his future person so happy!

Good morning from Grayson 🌤️

His first night went great. He slept through the night -I am sure it was his first restful night in a long time.

We just paid another boarding bill of $1,488 for Scooby. We NEED an experienced foster or adopter ASAP for Scooby. The amount of resources we have spent on that boy is crazy and we could be using it to save other lives.

This week we also had Rocky's vet bill $650 and he will need to do further testing. Estimate for the next vet visit is $800. We also spend a lot on food, enrichment activities, supplies etc on the dogs with their current Foster's on a weekly basis.

We need donations and we need just ONE foster for Scooby. He is good with other dogs, kids and is such an innocent sweet boy. He needs a confident handler because Scooby is not confident in himself he has been in training so he is good on leash, crate trained, potty trained, listens well. He can get overwhelmed outside and his reactivity will show if his training isn't kept up. He also needs at least two weeks of decompression. He will follow you around the house and want your constant attention & will force you to pet him 🤪 because he gets a little nervous in a new home.

How come no one wants Jax? He's been waiting so long 😭 for his best friend to come along and take him home!

Jax is affectionate, playful and so funny. He loves doing enrichment games and trying new food. He likes patrolling the yard, doing zoomies and playing with sticks. Jax is a medium energy dog who will be a couch potato with you!

Jax is enrolled in training and we will provide a session with his trainer so whoever adopts can keep up with his training. He needs an experienced owner and someone who will allow him time to warm up to you and new people. Once he knows you are safe he becomes the biggest goofball lovable boy! Jax is so deserving and he quickly steals your heart ♥️

Penelope's family is so great. They originally offered to foster her when it was time to leave her temp foster. They quickly fell in love -Penny is good at that. Penelope is thriving and we couldn't be happier for her.

Penny is such a deserving, amazing dog. She has a big beautiful home with people who love her for who she is. Thank you for loving her and congratulations 🎉

Jax has been waiting for so long to be adopted.Jax would love an experienced German shepherd mom or dad. He is a very loyal boy who is protective by nature. He is shy of new people but once you earn his trust he truly makes you feel so special.He LOVES trying new food. He can entertain himself for hours with his favorite treat -bone marrow bones. He loves running around the yard & playing with sticks. He needs a patient person that is willing to let him come out of his shell (trust me it's so worth the wait!) He is good with other dogs but we think he may prefer to be the only dog. He likes lounging around the house. He is a mellow boy for his age. He knows a TON of tricks thanks to his foster!
