The American Animal Hospital, a busy 4 doctor practice located in Randolph NJ, is seeking a dedicated team player to join our team at the front desk! Our ideal applicant will have experience in a fast paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize various job functions. Our receptionists are the first and last impression that every person has at our hospital and because of this we take great pride in our relationship with our clients. Strong interpersonal skills are a must as well as contributing to the team dynamic.
For this reason we prefer applicants with experience dealing with clients face to face as opposed to over the phone. Must have experience in a veterinary or medical setting with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
