🌞Hi everyone! We hope everyone is having an amazing summer so far!
Sorry for the long post but we have some important announcements.

As some of you may already know we are losing a full time groomer and another one of our groomers was in an accident. (She's ok but won't be returning for several months) 💔

We have been VERY overwhelmed with schedules and grooming so we may not answer our phones or return voice-mails until the end of the day or next day.

🕐At this time we will only be taking walk-ins between 9:30 and 4 pm. Our self wash is still open during our business hours.

Due to these unforseen circumstances we are having to reschedule and put dogs on their schedules on our waitlist. This is so hard because we love our clients and grow attached to all your fur kids! There is just 3 of us right now and our schedules were already fully booked. The saftey of our fur clients and groomers is our top priority. We can only work so much and do so many dogs a day. We are doing everything we can to try to find an experienced groomer but we don't know when we will be able to find someone.

❗️❗️❗️Starting September 1st we will be closing Monday's. If you have a Monday appointment we will be reaching out to reschedule your appointments to a different weekday. As stated above we are overwhelmed with phone calls so if you have a Monday appointment you don't need to call, we will be reaching out.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience but just know we are doing our best! We appreciate all of your business and understanding during this time. ❤️❤️❤️

🎁🎁 We have about 30 items donated so far to Black Hills Federal Credit Union 's raising for rescues! Our goal is 50 items with a little over a week left until the end of the month so I know we can reach it! 👏

If you notice this post is a couple days late 😅 so is our response times to messages these days! We are doing our best to answer all voice-mails, texts, Facebook messages, and emails! We all receive messages on our personal and professional platforms and it is a lot to juggle at times.

If you don't hear back within a couple days please be patient and feel free to reach out again! We do our best to manage all of our messages from different platforms but we are human and may miss or forget one here or there.

We are fully booked through the year at this point so please plan accordingly for future appointments! We want to keep everyone looking their best but there are only so many dogs we can do in a day.
