So… was waiting to share the exciting news about our new treat, Beefy Pumpkin Stew, once the analysis and registration was done. I just couldn’t wait after the day this naughty boy had. We were out butchering a cow and we left him home so he wasn’t underfoot. I forgot I left the cookies and 250 grams of packaged treats ready to send off to be analyzed on the table… His belly is really full 🥴

In previous recipes I found an ingredient called titanium dioxide. My red flag was raise and just had to see just what it was (my grades were not that high in science but it still didn’t sit right with me). Titanium goes through a chemical process and a white or sometimes black residue is omitted. This is used in food coloring, giving it that very white look. It can cause cancer in our precious pups and cause eye and skin irritation in humans. This is not conducive with PurePups standards and will not be included in any of our recipes. I’m currently working on putting together PURE frostings using egg whites and tapioca for our cookies and cakes. I want to ensure to you, our loyal monthly subscribers, that once I perfect this our decorated cookies and cakes will return.
