Our doctor's and staff's time is very valuable and extremely limited. In an effort to reduce the number of missed appointments, and to be able to help as many patients as possible in a timely manner, we are implementing a No Call/No Show Rescheduling Fee and a New Client Deposit, effective immediately.

After a missed appointment without notice, a $60 Rescheduling Fee will be required to be put back on the schedule. The fee is nonrefundable and will be applied towards your next appointment.

Unfortunately, most of our no call/no show appointments come from new clients. These missed appointments take away time and effort that could be put into other patients. For a new client to schedule an appointment, a $60 New Client Deposit is required for each patient that is put on the schedule for the new client’s first appointment with us. The fee is nonrefundable and will be applied towards your first appointment.
