Last night I took a recipe from the NYT and a Cesar salad mix from Aldi, and made this... it's a filet of salmon, coated with a 50/50 mix of Cesar dressing and grated parmasan cheese, plus more cheese, then broiled. I made homemade croutons, then forgot to add them so they doubled as a midnight snack. I also added sliced red onions to the salad and two cloves of crushed garlic to the dressing. I did remove the skin and gift in to my itchy Brittany:) I paired my salad with a glass of chilled white wine and a fire in the fireplace!
