Electricity is back on.

Good morning everyone. We wanted to let you know our electricity is currently out therefore we have no phone lines or electricity. If you have an emergency with your pet this morning, we recommend calling Medvet or Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will update you about the power as soon as it returns.

As many of you already know, we have updated our practice management software here at the office! This change will affect how you are able to view and manage your pet's records. As of July 1st, our practice will no longer utilize the PetDesk app. Medical records will now be accessible via a "Client Portal" link on the homepage of our website. This new platform enables a more robust and comprehensive viewing of your pet's complete medical history with us. Please call or email for assistance in setting up your new Idexx Neo account.

Service due and appointment reminders will be sent out using our new software platform via email or text message. Please be sure to update your contact information with us to include a valid email address and cell phone number. We will no longer be sending postcards delivered through the mail.
