Meet Orlando!
DSH-black n/m DOB 11-20-23

Orlando entered our shelter mid November as a transfer from a big TNR initiative. He went straight into foster for extra socialization. He’s a bit shy at first but adjusts fairly quickly.
He just returned to the shelter from his foster home. He has a bit of a head tilt which adds to his personality. He loves to play. He loves being petted but does not like being picked up. (That maybe something that comes with time once he fully trusts his humans and environment) His ideal home would be a home by himself or maybe with another cat in a quieter environment . (He came in with another cat who is much more shy and still in foster) In his foster home, he got the zoomies every night and loved to explore.
If you visit him, he may be hiding. He loves Churus and will become your bestie if you give him one.

Meet Chai! This sweet little guy is about 7 months old and already had glaucoma and had to have his eye removed. He is working on his basic obedience such as sit and down. Like many of you, we heard about the passing of K9 Kaya from Streetsboro Police Department. We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Officer Hall and all the people who are impacted by the loss of such a devoted friend, family member, and co-worker. Rest well Kaya.

Streets Tavern in Streetsboro held a 1st birthday bash for Creed, pictured with his mama and tavern owner, Mindy.
Creed is one spoiled furbaby so he wanted to share his day with the animals of Potage APL. He collected food, treats, toys, litter, cleaning supplies and so much more to help us out! Thank you, Mindy, Creed and all the donors for all the loot!! Happy, happy birthday little guy!!!

How fuzzy wuzzy was he? Fuzzy Wuzzy Brown is one of our cats from a hoarding situation. We've named them all after crayon colors and Fuzzy Wuzzy Brown really fit this big goofy boy. We believe Fuzzy to be 3 to 4 years old. He is sweet, playful, affectionate and he really, REALLY loves food! Fuzzy Wuzzy has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and he's ready to start his new life. If you would like to meet Fuzzy, we're open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am to 4pm and Saturday from 11am to 3pm. Sasha has many faces she likes to make! This sweet girl is still here after 183 days, we know there’s a perfect home for her out there somewhere she just hasn’t found it yet! She is active girl who needs to be the only pet in the home. We are open today until 230 if you would like to meet Sasha!

Eddie is a very sweet boy who is 3 years old, he was recently returned to us after two years. He does well bigger dogs but not smaller animals. He has even lived with children and loves them. Meet Oreo! He came to us from a vet hospital where he was surrendered by his owner after being hit by a car and they couldn’t afford his treatment. He has since started healing and is looking for a home. Oreo is only 7 months old and has potential in any home. Come meet this sweet baby and fall in love with him like our staff has! This cold and snowy weather has us dreaming of a tropical get away...while Tiki is no tropical island, we think he's the perfect cat! Tiki came to the shelter in May covered in ticks (we stopped counting at 30).His fur was matted, he had wounds, likely from scratching at all of the fleas and ticks, and he was anemic. After waiting for his anemia to resolve, Tiki was able to get a much needed dental and is now ready for his furever home. We believe Tiki is in the 5+ year range. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped . Tiki would do best in a quiet home without young children.
