2025 New Year, New changes

First and foremost I want to thank all of my customers….without you Happy Hounds Grooming would not be the success it has become.

Over the last few months I’ve struggled with the decision to make some changes. Due to a few customers, everyone will be held to the following:

-NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive 10 minutes or longer after scheduled appointment, you will be rescheduled. Please call or text about your situation and we will discuss arrangements.

If you no show your appointment, 1st time will result in a reminder of our policy. 2nd and additional will result in 100% cost of missed appointment. I am currently booked for several weeks and carry a cancellation list with several people waiting to get in. It is unfair to them when appointments are not cancelled by calling or texting.

-SCHEDULING

I will do my best to accommodate with certain days or times, but cannot guarantee availability. I offer future scheduling and numerous customers are currently scheduled for the entire year. So it is highly recommended that you schedule your next appointment at pick up.

We will be closed Monday January 6, 2025 due to the weather. Scheduled appointments will be rescheduled ASAP.

Please bring outside pets inside if possible. Use straw instead of blankets, provide fresh water frequently, and remember to check paw pads for ice and snow.

We will re-open Tuesday January 7, 2025 at 9:00.

We would like to wish our customers and everyone a Merry Christmas!!! Thank you to those who have helped us make it to year 3……been going strong since day 1!!!

We will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Will be back open Thursday morning 9:00am to serve our many appointments and for those that will need walk in services.
