I will be doing a live video later with all the rules and a lot about everything else because I'm at the point where I'm just totally fed up with all the bu****it all the disrespect and all the ignorance and if you make an appointment and you don't show up and you don't answer me when I text your pet will be removed from future appointments I am not putting up with bu****it no more I'm done I'm too f good to people to be treated this way and I won't tolerate it I'm done being disrespected yep I finally got to the point where I'm fed up That's what happens when you continually get disrespected so I will be doing a live video tonight and all I can say is whoever don't like it well tough I'm done people are going to learn respect and if you can't well then don't come to me That's exactly how I feel now now this is not to everybody so I don't want every I don't want my clients thinking this is for them no this is not for them this has nothing to do with my regular clients so my regular clients can disregard this post because it's not meant for them cuz I love all my regular clients

New rule when I ask you is your dog matted Don't lie to me and tell me a little bit anybody who lies to me anymore will get a lying fee on top of the matting fee and your dog shaved down I'm tired of people lying to me I need the extra time this is why I ask you these questions so if you don't tell me guess what your dog gets sent home as is I'm not running behind an appointment anymore because you people lie to me I'm done and I'm tired of it

Don't forget get your holiday grooming appointments scheduled now for Thanksgiving and Christmas because I'm almost booked out and when those slots are gone and filled they're gone and filled I am not squeezing anybody in and not working past business hours and I'm not working Christmas Eve so schedule them now there's going to be no exceptions this year none when these slots are gone they are gone Thank you have a great day

Please make note I will be on vacation August 11th 12th 13th and 14th The phone will be shut off any messages for appointments we'll be returned on the 15th and not before if you need to make an appointment get them in now also if you didn't get your November and December appointment scheduled I would get them in now because it's almost booked up and once it's booked up I will not be answering the phone or returning any messages for those months and I will not be putting any more in once it's filled Thank you have a great day
