Dear Pet Parents:
Hope everyone has been having a pleasant 2024, I wanted to send a friendly reminder.
If you need to cancel services with less than 12 hour notice, there will be a late cancel fee added to your account.
Late fees will have two categories:
• stand alone appointments
• pet sitting
stand alone bookings will have a $15 fee
pet sitting will be charge 1/2 of the agreed fees
If I have to cancel a service or pet sit, I will reimburse 100% if there was a pre-payment. Also, if you chose to re-book, I will take 10% off next services. Currently, I do not require a deposit or pre-payment for booked or scheduled services.
If you would like a reminder text or email, I can add that to your booked appointments too.
As always, illness and family emergencies are understandable, please just communicate if there needs to be any changes. Please reach out if you have any questions.

January 2024 marks the 2 year anniversary of opening shop. Inspired as a pet owner to create my own business centering on the betterment of pets and their owners. Bonnie is helping me plan January 2024 this morning. Or she’s judging me, hard to say when it’s a 🐈.
Miss Bonnie is back this year for a long cat sit, she gets 2 visits a day. I open the curtains and blinds in the morning so she can enjoy the sunshine 🌞 till the evening visit.

This little guy, McGrupp, needed a taxi 🚕 shuttle home from town, picked him up and dropped him off at his residence 🏡.
