Deer season is almost upon us. We are in the Redding area just 5 minutes off of I-5. This year I will be focusing on shoulder mounts and bear rugs. We will also be doing game processing from cuts to sausages, bulk or summer. $1.50/lb cut and wrap includes grinding $150 min fee. Added fat to bulk or Summer sausage $4/lb. 20 lb min for each sausage type spices $10 per batch. Smoked summer sausage $7.50/lb finished weight.
If you are unsure about skinning or field care just message me. See the attached photo for deer. If you don't want to tackle the skinning job we will do it for you, just gut it out, cool it down and bring in fast! $50 skinning fee. Also if you are just getting a euro, or are otherwise not using your cape I offer a $50 credit for your cape in good shape (clean, cool, undamaged other than bullet holes. Again contact me for help. I would rather prepare you for successfully caring for your trophy and meat than having it not work out for your taxidermist on your mount or spoiled meat in the garbage.
