Pets Without Partners is a 501c3 non profit dedicated to saving the lives of animals in shelters and helping the community with animal surrender options.

A non profit dedicated to saving the lives of our companion pets. Once a dog comes into our rescue, it stays with us until the perfect family is found. It will not go to the first person who expresses an interest. It will go to the best home for that pet. We do believe that every pet has worth, therefore, there is an adoption fee attached to every pet. Adoption fees help to cover our expenses such

as food, medical, transportation to rescue, shelter pull fees, insurance, grooming and so much more.

Sweetheart Elsa.
Elsa has been in the care of pets without partners as part of our fospice program now for about two years, this little sweetheart came to us because her family could no longer care for her as they were living in a vehicle. Elsa comes with a story and has some slight disability. When Elsa was a little pup, she was grabbed by a large breed dog, which left her with a fractured pelvis and dislocated hips. The family at the time did not have money to care for her so they thought it be best to just put her in a crate and let her out occasionally to go potty until she healed on her own, I am not here to talk about the people. I am here to discuss this sweet deserving little pup. Elsa has healed with some slight disability with her legs however she can still run like the wind!Elsa needs to potty frequently as she doesn’t have strong control, we use puppy pads when she is inside and she has full access to a dog door and likes to go out to do her business. She just needs to be able to go out frequently. She absolutely loves in the winter time to be wrapped up in a blanket and cuddled.recently, Elsa has decided that she much more rather be with people than be with her little friend dogs that she has been with for the past almost 2 years at headquarters.Elsa does not need ongoing medical care other than another dental cleaning at some point,Although not having her here will break my heart,it’s breaking my heart more that she’s not getting one on one love with her very own people.
Her dream home would not include young children or large breed dogs as she is very tiny only about 5 pounds and very delicate. You do not need to be somebody that is home all day long. She does not need a lot of attention and is perfectly happy and content with some music on and hanging out in the air conditioning. we are just looking for somebody that will love her as much as we do and take care of her basic needs. It’s national dog day,although I love them all this little survivor stole my heart 6 years ago.Chance has been by my side through some tough times and I was lucky enough to be able to keep him alive with the support of our veterinarians.
I know many of us can. Relate when I say,he has truly been my best friend.

Haven Humane Redding Dodger! We spent time together in the adoption room and although you can tell he needs to get out and run out some energy he walked over and leaned into my legs with a nice big hug. This dog deserves a chance at a better life someone go meet him we will be there tomorrow at Haven Humane Redding! Please let us know if you do adopt him we would love to follow up.

Very beginning of training. Making crate a fun place,basic training. They played for about three hours prior to going in kennel,ready to use brains now! Zelda has been doing sit and stay all day. Nyx as you can see is not sure what I want at first however a little correction and she was so excited to sit. Smart girls Sweethearts. Ready to accept applications! Ready for a home next week!
