Sweet Whiskey crossed the rainbow bridge today. It’s hard to put into words what this dog did for both me and everyone he impacted over the years. I pulled Whiskey off the kill list at the shelter without knowing his true potential. He has worked many years serving the community at the Spring Valley School, assisting the students with learning challenges and bringing joy to all. I’m so grateful to Anna Oleinick Levy for taking on Whiskey, welcoming him into her family, and helping him serve his community. I have no doubt this dog is in heaven bringing joy to every path he crosses. Sleep well Whiskey, you have earned it 💜💜

Envy and I had an awesome trip to Vegas. It was an honor to speak at the working dog trial and training event and we also came home with a few prizes. Envy took 1st place explosives detection and 3rd place patrol.

It was a great week at the 2022 VLK K9 Olympics. Envy and I worked through some solid scenarios and had a blast! Very please with Envy’s performance this year despite some hiccups in our preparations. Results:
1st place explosives warehouse
1st place explosives scramble
And now...we rest!
