Petey, had a little mishap after sneaking in some onions! Thankfully, the amazing team at Redmond Kirkland Animal Hospital's Urgent Care acted fast. They induced vomiting to clear his tummy and even made sure his adorable fuzzy ears stayed clean and safe! 💚💙😥Today is a bittersweet day for all of us at Redmond Kirkland Animal Hospital as we say goodbye to a beloved team member, Cassie.
Many of you have had the pleasure of seeing, meeting, and chatting with Cassie's ever-cheerful presence over the past five years. Cassie has been a pillar of support, not only for her fellow team members but for our Medical Director and Practice Manager as well. Her positive energy, dedication, and passion will be missed by everyone.

While today is a sad day for us, we couldn't be prouder of Cassie’s growth and accomplishments during her time with us. We have no doubt she will continue to thrive and achieve great things in her next adventure. With teary eyes and full hearts, we wish her all the best in her future endeavors. Thankfully, he was brought in to Redmond Kirkland Animal Hospital Pet Urgent Care, where Dr. Birchmeier and her amazing team worked their magic to get him back on his feet (literally!). 🐶🦴Trombone came into our Urgent Care with a bit of discomfort due to some irritation on his face. After a quick exam, we discovered he had a common condition known as a hotspot.

Hotspots can happen for a variety of reasons: insect bites, allergies, external parasites, or even too much moisture. Luckily, after a gentle clip and cleaning of the area, Trombone's skin has some time to air out and start healing! Medications are now working their magic, and he’ll be back to his happy self soon!
