Hello everyone. The rescue that we help here at The Peninsula Feed Store Building has a kitty, Matilda, that has been training in Jackson Galaxy's Cat Pawsitive Program. She is a contestant in his National High-Five Day Contest. This is the last day! Up until today she has carried the lead and now has a new contender passing her by 😿 Voting continues today until 1 minute before midnight. Can we rally for her?

Good Morning from Peninsula Feed Store! Chick Saturdays have begun with many breeds coming in. This season Chicks will arrive specific Saturdays through Spring, Summer and Fall. The babies that are still here after Saturday's fling will be available through the week. If we find a greater need we will fill in other Saturdays.

Peninsula Feed Store

The Peninsula Feed Store, is located in The Peninsula Feed Store Building where Whis-Purr Rescue lives as well as our Paws to Love Training and Event Center. The vision is to have a community building where people can come, visit and engage with our resident animals, cats and kittens to adopt, dogs being trained daily in the training and event center and our barnyard friends. George the duck and his girlfriends and our turkeys, Zachariah “Zach” and his girlfriends, LuLu and Coco Chanel wait to visit with our customers who quickly become our friends. We have a newly built coop that houses many chickens, at times quail and soon pheasants. We even have a pair of Ringneck Doves who just had a sweet little baby. Fertile eggs, Pullets (Hens 3 mos or older who will be ready to lay within a couple months or so) and baby chicks are usually available for sale as well as Ducks, Turkeys and other small animals and Peninsula Feed Store has all of the feed, treats and supplies you would need. Come in and bring the kids for a fun fieldtrip. Here, you will see why we fondly call Peninsula Feed Store, “The Farm.” See you soon!
