Hi, I'm Ashley Mounce, owner of TransFURmations Pet Spa, a Reidsville native, mother, wife and pet owner. I have been a Groomer since August of 2005, and continue to learn everyday. All grooming packages include

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I groom my pet? Grooming your pets is part of keeping them happy and healthy. Although there are varying factors most pets should be groomed regularly at least every four weeks. Our grooming staff will be happy to discuss an appropriate schedule that is right for your pet! Specific grooming prices vary depending on breed, size, type of grooming, condition of coat, and cooperation in grooming. A quote may be given over the phone, however actual grooming price will not be known until the groom. What is your cancellation policy for grooming reservations? We require a business day's notice for any cancellations. Multiple late cancellations or no shows will result in a fee equivalent to the regular groom price. How do I make a grooming appointment for my pet? Either in person or by calling (336) 394-4597

What time should I drop off and pick up my pet for grooming? There are 2 drop off times, 8am and 12pm. All pets should arrive no later than 15 minutes after the appointment time. Arriving later than 15 minutes could result in your appointment being cancelled and a possible no show fee equivalent to the price of the groom. Do you groom cats? We are unfortunately unable to groom cats at this time. Is tipping allowed? Absolutely! If you feel that the groomer has gone above and beyond what you expected and you would like to tip you may do so by either leaving cash with the groomer, or adding it to the check or credit card payment. Are the options for creative grooming safe? Yes! However, because different colors/brands can effect dogs differently (just like humans) we do require a test patch be done at least one week before a creative groom with color is done.
