Do you like to go to work and not get paid? This is how it is for groomers who have no-shows and last-minute cancelations (Your account is marked each time this happens if this becomes habbit you will have to find a different salon). We don't get paid hourly we are commission-based. Be respectful of your groomer's time. That could have been a spot for someone else who wanted to come in.

I will always do what's right for the animal. This pet had poor circulation and bruising after the pelt of matting was removed. Hot skin that required a medicated bath to soothe it. I will not torture your pet by de-matting it just for the sake of " but I want it fluffy" for vanity reasons. I will always be the voice for animals.

I am booked out till May. Please remember to book your next Groom before you leave to insure your appointment. I try to accommodate as much as I can but it is not always a guarantee.
