Thank you to everyone that has brought their precious dog to me to take care of, I really appreciate all the support and love of my small business (just me) PawSpa 🐾💚
However, I feel as though my soft nature has lead to me getting taken advantage of, my own fault, by offering free or highly discounted grooms. I work very hard and try to accommodate as many as I can but still remain a one on one grooming experience for each dog ( 2 if same owner). Grooming products and supplies are very expensive, and I always use quality products. I've lost quite a bit of income by not charging same day cancelations as I can't fill the spot in such short notice. As I'm looking at grooming prices in the Reno area, I am very reasonably priced especially with all that a session includes plus the privacy. I will no longer let clients make me feel bad for charging my worth. If that's what you're looking for, kindly cancel your appointment. I might be able to take on new clients at that point as well.
