Of course working on “leave it” command can be fun, not only for the dog!

This one we are working on leave it, and stay with distractions this case I used our chickens. Dozer would rather eat the chicken p**p then care what’s running around him.😅

In this video I used just the hand command for recall instead of verbal and the hand combined. 😊

I will be uploading some training sessions I am working on with my dog Dozer Doo. It’s all basic fundamentals, which are the heart of all training.😊

Hello, my name is Sachi Boege. I am looking for new clients for dog training.
My goal with this is to help people in training their potential dog so they can live a normal life with the help of their furry companion. At the moment I am taking smaller courses to help build my knowledge in this field, as well as saving up for the cost for the main course.
At the moment I am available to help you and your dog with basic obedience, and minor behavioral difficulties. From sit, stay, come, down, and leave it. To problem solving behaviors such as constant barking, jumping up, chasing, nipping, anxiety, and fear. If you have a problem or challenge you would like help with, and you don’t see it on my list above. Please contact me to discuss the problem for guidance how we can help each other.
A little about me and my history. I am 33 years old, I live in Washoe valley with my family. My husband who works full time, and my 8 year old daughter. I am currently working towards my certification of becoming a service dog coach. Meaning I hope by next year to be a full certified instructor to train dogs in becoming task oriented service dogs with positive reinforcement tactics. I moved to reno Nevada 3 years ago from San Luis Obispo; where I was a animal control officer. I have worked variety of animal related employments, such as a vet assistant at a ER vet, a vet assistant at a exotic vet, and a dietary employee for wild life sanctuary. I also was a teachers aid, as well as a assistant director for my parents preschool for many years. I enjoy working with people, especially children. Throughout the years I have worked with dogs. I have helped people in training their dogs off and on through the years. My family relocated to reno Nevada, before buying a house here in Washoe valley. I worked at two local rescues the canine rehabilitation center and sanctuary as a canine enrichment employee. Then for a short time working with rescue dogs at a local dog sanctuary. I currently have a small farm, with bunnies, chickens, cats, and dogs. I have a 1 year old boxer named Dozer Doo who goes everywhere with me as my training companion.
How I work: So when I train your dogs, I am not just there to teach your dogs. But as well as make it a fun learning experience for your whole family. I believe it is not just work for you to make your dog better, but to help gain confidence and enjoyment with having a canine companion in the family. If you have children in the home I work with them keeping them engaged in the learning experience as well with the adults and your dog(s). I understand how difficult it is to take your whole family to a training class where the child sits and has to listen to instructions for a whole hour. That is not how I work. My goal is to make it as comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Consistency is vital, unfortunately I cannot wave a magic wand and p**f everything is perfect! It will take consistency and work everyday to keep up the behavior and tasks you need from your dog. Just like potty training a child, it does take effort and work. How ever I do hope to make that work more enjoyable for everyone in the home.
The best way to contact me is through phone, if I cannot answer please leave me a message with your name and best time to call back. I also have a page for my training, that I am working on getting up and active.
