Thank YOU for making the Mother’s Day Boutique such a special one!

It was a joy planting pea shoots with so many curious little hands, sharing fresh microgreens with new faces and familiar ones, and just soaking in the togetherness this community always brings out.

As a mom of three, days like this fill my heart. I’m beyond grateful to be able to raise my kids while tending to this work I love—growing good food, sharing it with you, and helping little ones discover the magic of planting something and watching it grow.

Thanks for showing up. Thanks for caring. Here’s to community, to growing together, and to all the moms finding their way in the dirt and the joy.

Our vibrant Mediterranean Micro Mix is a customer favorite—featuring a colorful blend of micro Dill, Beet, Red Acre Cabbage, and Kale, it’s as beautiful as it is flavorful.

We’re thrilled to announce that our Elementary Microgreen Kits have! It’s an honor to be part of the garden education journey for so many students.

Students from the following districts will have the exciting opportunity to learn firsthand the magic of growing their own food:
• Sierra County
• Downieville
• Loyalton
• Lassen
• Plumas Unified School District
• Plumas Charter School
• Long Valley Charter

These kits contain everything needed for multiple classroom grows, detailed instructions, and many lesson plans.

We cultivate our microgreens in OMRI-certified soil with organic seeds and filtered water. All they need is light to thrive. To reduce our environmental impact, we package both our harvested and living greens in plant-based, commercially compostable packaging.

A colorful order for this week!

Crunchy, peppery (and beautiful!) our Rambo radish microgreens are a welcome addition to most any savory dish. We love them topping a loaded toast, curry, and mixed into salads.

Meet the newest member of our operation, Corn Shoots!

These golden yellow babies are a bit different, as they are grown in the dark. Keeping them in blackout ensures these shoots are tender and juicy. They have a crunch that can’t be beat, and a unique flavor that sets them apart from the rest. They are sweet with an earthy undertone and slight corn flavor.

Nutritionally speaking, they fall in line as they are dense in micronutrients and antioxidants. Corn shoots are especially rich in vitamins A, E, B, and C, as well as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, and magnesium. Corn shoots bring the substance and the beauty 🌽

These shoots complement the sweet and savory, making a great addition to a salad or sandwich, or adding a pop of color and layer of flavor to your favorite savory dish. Corn shoots are also a unique way to finish off a dessert because of their naturally sweet taste.
