We love seeing our past graduates! Rose is back for some boarding and brush up training. When she came in for her board and train a little over a year ago she was so nervous and wasn’t able to go on walks without reacting towards everything. On today’s outing we were able to go to a busy park with lots of people and other dogs with no issues! We love to see the sassy, confident lady she has grown into 😁

Indi is coming up on the end of his 4 week board and train! He has just one more week left. In the last 3 weeks, we’ve been working on his neutrality when seeing dogs so his parents can enjoy taking him camping and outings to the park. Over the weekends his parents get to take him home and practice what we have been working on during the week. He’s made so much progress, and we can’t wait to see how much further he will go 😁

Since opening Dog Gone Amazing in 2008, it was our vision to provide a safe, clean and social facility that offered first-rate training and care for dogs. We have traveled the country working with other dog trainers and world-renowned experts to develop our library of skills so that we can help people unleash their dog’s true potential. We believe that every dog deserves a chance to learn and we know that every dog has the potential to be AMAZING. Dog training is more than just teaching obedience. It’s about providing dogs with the opportunity to live as trusted, well-loved and valued family members.

Our greatest wish is to help people enjoy their dogs to the fullest and to help dogs enjoy a life full of love and true freedom. Our personal promise is that our team will help you and your dog right where you’re at and provide our 100% effort and focus in helping you reach your goals.

OVERVIEW Our primary focus at Dog Gone Amazing is to provide transformative training for dogs and families of all shapes and sizes. However, because we truly believe that training is a lifestyle we also offer member-only boarding and daycare. Our dog boarding and daycare programs are designed to help your dog stay up-to-scruff on their training while receiving essential socialization and heart-healthy exercise. We pride ourselves on being a training-first community which means that all the dogs attending boarding or daycare have completed one of our Advanced or Masters training programs. This allows us to provide a calm and orderly environment while also ensuring safety for all. At Dog Gone Amazing, your dog isn’t just 1 in 100, they have a close bond with our trainers and can count on us as a home-away-from-home.

NEW LOCATION - JULY 2019 In July 2019, Dog Gone Amazing grew from our 1200 sq. ft. facility and added on a second location that is nearly 7,000 sq. ft. in Downtown, Reno. The new location acts as the primary center for dog training and boarding services, as well as, future training events and classes. Our location on S. Virginia St remains as a member-only day care center.
