Why is exercising a dog so important?? 😳❔

The reason behind all of us dog trainers saying that exercise is soooo important is because when dogs physical needs aren’t met you may start to see some huge behavioral problems. Sometimes you may not even notice it until it is pointed out.👉
“Oh shoot you know the dog really hasn’t been getting out of the house lately” sometimes life gets a little too crazy for our day to day lifestyle but being consistent with your dog is imperative to their behaviors!💯

What is a good question you should ask yourself before getting your puppy or rescue ?? 🤔

What I ask every owner just starting out with training is how do you want your puppy or dog to act five years from now? 5️⃣🕔🏡🐕

For instance getting a big Breed as a puppy, do you want that 75-100 dog on the couch? Do you want him to be a Velcro dog? How much time can you put into this dog when it’s reached maturity? ⏳

And then there’s the other side, getting a rescue who is 1-4 years old maybe even older how do you want them to coinside with your family. You may not know the dogs past but you can provide a great future!🕛🕧🕐🕜

Training should start right when they get home into this new place they haven’t seen before, starting with good structure and consistency the dog will show you the behavior that you will be wanting 5 years from now🐶🏡

Being able to build confidence has so many benefits from being able to handle certain situations to learning new things aren’t as scary as they seem! 😅

This is a super useful tool we use in training. Building a bond with the handler that helps them through tough things that their minds tell them that they want avoid.

Meet Baby❤️
Baby has started our puppy perfection training classes.
His mom contacted us to make sure his behavior is up to par due to some safety issues.🐾
He is learning basic commands such as sit and down. But the most important thing is recall!
Baby lives in a house with a lot of kids and as many kids can forget to close the gate it poses a danger for baby as he can easily slip out.So we will be teaching baby a lot of boundaries 🦴🐾❤️

Did you know that getting another dog for your dog may make the situation even more hectic!
A lot of things can occur!

-The temperaments don’t match up.
-They may not get along
-they may get along great, but get into things together!
-They may make an elaborate plan to destroys those new pair of shoes that you have been saving to wear for a special occasion.
-They both may pick up bad habits from each other and then boom two dogs that have you pulling out your hair!

If you are going to get another dog make sure it’s for the right reasons and you can manage both dogs and give them both the guidance and structure they need 🐾🦴🐕🐕‍🦺

This little guy has come such a long way in just a short amount of time 🫶 this cutie Louis has such a BIG personality! His family really wanted to make sure they had the right tools and tricks to give him the best life they can! Louis is almost graduated from his puppy perfection classes and can’t wait to see how he does with all these new boundaries and communication with his family!

In any work field you choose there will always be ups and downs, there will be times where you will have to pick and choose who to associate with and who to surround yourself with for a better work environment. I can say the dog training world will always be a community that has a bunch of different trainers with different opinions and that can be harsh but not if you find the right crowd! That’s means sticking together as a community and not letting personal matters get in the way. The hardest part is staying out of the drama lol. From one trainer to another or anyone interested in getting into the dog training community never stop learning! Knowledge goes a long way in this community that’s why I never stop learning from other trainers🫶 there’s a select few that have helped me along the way and to those you guys are awesome! I hope to do the same for other trainers in my time. #🤷🏻‍♀️
