Just a shout out letting everyone know we have a 4th groomer so now we have more availability sooner. Give us a call and we can get you booked within a week rather than the 3-4 weeks we have been booked out. Lets help our new groomer get your pups pampered ❤️

Important Updates At All Fur Love Grooming 2023

Dear Clients,

Thank you for supporting our grooming salon over the past three years. We have been slowly upgrading our salon and have been trying to accommodate all of our clients and past groomer’s clients to the best of our ability. Your patience is much appreciated, especially when inclement weather affects our business, water heaters go out and when unpredictable emergencies come our way. Thank you for your support through the tough times of us losing groomers and trying to balance everything while still being short staffed.

Our team currently consists of the Owner/Groomer Tiffany, Shop Manager/ Groomer Marissa and Groomer Glenda, Groomer Trainee/Bather Robert and Part-time Bather Kelly.

The importance to love and respect each pet that comes in as our own is the goal we strive for. We aim to give them the best grooming experience while keeping safety a number one priority. As your fur-babies are alive and love to move, wiggle and kiss and or bite, we do work at their pace so they can be as comfortable and safe as possible.

New Year New Things

● Starting March 2023, we will be implementing no show/cancellation fees due to the high volume of no shows and same day cancellations we have had especially around holidays. This will make it easier for clients on our cancellation list to be notified of an open appointment.
● Cancellations will need to be made with a 48-hour notice. We do understand emergencies happen. This time frame will give us an opportunity to fill the vacant appointment spot.
● We will be giving clients a 48-hour appointment reminder call or text/email using our new computer system which will give you an opportunity to reschedule or keep your appointment. Please call to update us with any changed information and if you would like an email on file.
● Express grooms are still available to be scheduled and you must let the groomer know that you desire an express appointment so you can be scheduled appropriately. Please keep in mind that even though the time frame is much shorter, rushing through a groom can add additional stress on dogs with any medical issues, anxiety and dogs of older age.
● Dogs that have been called on and have been left at the shop an hour past grooming completion may incur a “sitting” fee. Picking up your pet in a timely manner helps us clean after them and reduces potty accidents that can happen while they are waiting for pick up while allowing us to continue to have space for our other expected clients. If you would like a completion heads-up call, we can accommodate that.

New Fees
● Cancellation/ no show without 48 hour notice will be a flat rate of $30 due at drop off for next appointment.
● Excessive matting, dangerous behavior and temperament, including aggression can incur additional fees at the groomer’s discretion at no more than $40 added to your grooming charge. Fur-babies like this require more time during their appointments to keep them and their groomer safe and comfortable.
● Express grooms will be on an hourly basis at $65 an hour with a one hour minimum.
● Sitting fees with be an additional $20 per hour if pet is left past an hour after grooming completion.

Don’t forget we have dog safe hair dye. Mr. Charlie the panda pom and Mr. Riley enjoyed their new looks. Dyeing pups takes time and appointments need to be booked accordingly to add that pop of color with lots of loving while the dye sits 🥰
