Wags & Wiggles top priority is your pet’s well-being. I am committed to providing a grooming experience that is not only comfortable but also safe for both pets and people.
To ensure the highest standard of care, I have established clear policies and procedures that are designed with everyone's safety in mind. I kindly ask that all clients take a moment to read and understand these guidelines before their pet’s appointment.
🐾 PRICE INCREASE 🐾
Beginning, Monday, August 4th, 2025 there will be a $5 increase on all grooming services. This small change helps me continue providing the quality care, products, and time that every dog deserves.
As a one-person business, your loyalty and kindness truly mean the world to me. 🐶✂️

🐾 POLICY & PROCEDURES🐾
•15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
Dog(s) must be in salon no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time or the appointment will be cancelled.
•AGGRESSIVE/DANGEROUS DOG(s)
Wags and wiggles holds the right to refuse services at any point during the grooming process. If your dog becomes to stressed or dangerous to groom I will stop grooming immediately and call for pickup. My main focus is to keep pets safe and comfortable.
• GROOMING INTERRUPTIONS
Please do not show up unless notified of readiness. During the grooming process most dogs get “jazzed” to see you arrive and no longer cooperate when you’re in sight. It puts your dog at a higher risk of an accident and makes the grooming process longer overall. You’re more than welcome to text for an update on your dog(s) progress at anytime.
• MATTED DOGS - HUMANITY OVER VANITY
Dogs with severely matted coats require a significant amount of extra attention. Mats cause the coat to grow tight and pull on/damage the skin. It can restrict blood flow and be a breeding ground for parasites unseen to the naked eye. Wags and Wiggles will not cause unnecessary stress to your dog by trying to “de-mat” them. Severe matting can only be humanely removed by shaving the pet. Removing a severely matted coat holds its own list of potential issues including nicks, cuts, scrapes, hematomas, etc. Moisture can be trapped under matting as well revealing an abundance of skin problems. In some severe cases, dogs can even exhibit behavioral changes after removal. If your pet needs to be shaved due to extreme matting by agreeing to these policies you acknowledge the risks associated with this process. There will be an additional fee for severe matting - it is a time consuming process and causes extra wear and tear on grooming equipment.
• VACCINATIONS
All dogs must be up to date on vaccines, if requested for records by me, it will be required same day to show proof.
• PAYMENTS
Payment is due at time of pickup. I accept venmo, cashapp or cash.
🐾 CANCELLATION POLICY 🐾
• In the event you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If failed to do so, 50% of the services will be charged and must be paid in full prior to rescheduling.
• Online booking on square sends a confirmation/cancel link via text and email 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Make sure you have your notifications on.
• Cancellation fees are not applied toward future services. In the event you choose to reschedule an appointment another day, it will count as a new appointment and the standard policy still applies.
🐾 NO SHOW POLICY 🐾
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. All no show fees must be paid in full prior to rescheduling.
