We have a few horses here for the winter that are needing a refresher. They’ve been turned out for a while and are pushy and lacking in boundaries. First sessions were tonight. Enclosed arena was so warm I took my hat off!

❄️FILLED Sunday afternoon - western, recently cantering. Can take TWO riders
❄️FILLED Monday 6p - one spot, English or western, trotting only. Have not started cantering
❄️FILLED Thursday 6p - English, doing small jumps, must be able to canter
We now have an enclosed and covered arena so winter riding is not a problem.

Bowie is a 12yr old TB
English or western
Upper intermediate or advanced riders only for this lease option. Bowie is an easy ride but is very forward. He can also be impatient while tacking and I want to make sure he doesn’t make anyone uncomfortable. No kick, bite, buck, or bolt. He is well mannered but can be anxious at times (he’s a TB). He loves barrels and poles. Jumps up to 2’6” currently and loves it!

⭐️Why? He is only getting used 1-2 times per week and enjoys socializing and riding. He would be happier being worked more.

⭐️What? $150/mo for use on-site only. Tack and grooming equipment included. Price is good through end of March.

⭐️When? Lease days would be Mon, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

We have two arenas with lights, the covered arena will be getting enclosed THIS WEEK. Can ride around the property and use obstacles.
