Happy Friday from our personal squad , , , Simba, & Nala 🥳
It’s so nice to be able to have our 5 dogs behave at the vet’s office with just 1 handler & 1 car trip. One of the questions asked during our evaluation is “how does your dog behave at the vet?”. We want to know so when you enroll in our obedience program, we can do a session at your vet’s office to help with the behavioral challenges. We want our clients to have the necessary tools to take their dog(s) anywhere!💪🏻

✨CLIENT TESTIMONIAL✨
Zero is my 8-month old purebred German Shepherd. Before training with George and Sarai, Zero was a very nervous dog who did not know any basic commands. He pulled on the leash when walking and barked a lot. He also rarely ate and as a result, his potties were not the best.

I found out about George and Sarai training from a friend of mine who visits a local pet supply store Mailbox Junction and I decided to try it out! After training with George and Sarai, he knows many commands that help in day-to-day living, and is much more comfortable with me taking the lead in situations. Zero is also much less nervous around strangers, and is very friendly on walks and bringing him to places outside of the house. He also eats consistently now, and his potties are much better because of all the helpful advice from George and Sarai.

George and Sarai have helped Zero learn many basic and helpful commands, but have also helped with other behaviors like eating, stranger danger, and have strongly reinforced Zero’s bond with me. I am so proud to have such a well-behaved dog, and I refer people to G&S dog training whenever people ask!

✨CLIENT TESTIMONIAL✨
Remi is a 6.5 year old Terrier American Staffordshire. The main issues I wanted to work on correcting with her were barking, walking on the leash, being around other dogs, and general anxiety. I found George and Sarai, the Owner’s of G&S Dog Training through a friend whose Rottweiler trained with them. Now that we have gone through, and graduated, training with George and Sarai, Remi is like a whole new dog. Her barking is rare, her on leash walking has significantly improved, she does not react around other dogs, and I am able to leave her at home without her becoming incredibly anxious. I am so grateful for George and Sarai and I highly recommend them for any breed or age of dog.

✨CLIENT TESTIMONIAL✨
George and Sarai have been amazing trainers for both Kayn and me. Kayn is a year-old purebred working line German Shepherd, and he’s full of energy and excitement. When he was a puppy, he would react, bark, and chase almost everything—bikers, joggers, cars, and other animals. Since he’s almost my size, I was often dragged around and had no confidence in walking him. We started training with George and Sarai when Kayn was 9 months old.

At first, Kayn barked, growled, and lunged when they brought their dog into our home. George and Sarai really took the time to sit down with me, talk about my struggles, and make me feel understood. They also helped me figure out my long-term training goals. During his board and train, they taught Kayn lots of obedience lessons. My favorite is ‘heel,’ which now lets him walk by my side perfectly without pulling, even when we pass other dogs, people, or distractions. Another great command is ‘down stay/spot.’ This has taught Kayn self-control, so we can prepare and eat meals without him jumping on us or the counters. It also helps with our cats, as he knows he can’t chase them or move from his spot.

Thanks to George and Sarai, I now have the confidence and control to walk Kayn through crowded places and past other animals or fast-moving objects. I’m super proud of the progress we’ve made, and I couldn’t have done it without George and Sarai’s help.

Welcome Francis to the G&S Pack! This handsome fluff is a 3 month old Great Pyrenees/Bulgarian Shepherd. He’ll be learning basic commands but will be living primarily as an outdoor dog. His program will be tailored specifically to his future purpose as a livestock guardian. Stay tuned!🥳
