Here's a quick thought about our philosophy: one of the main factors differentiating us from other service dog agencies is that we include our clients and their families in the training process.
Every client is different and has different needs and expectations regarding a service dog. We feel it is vital that the family participates in the training process. I am in this process right now with our service dog, and it is an effective and highly satisfying way of training.
We are a TEAM with our clients. If you apply for a service dog and are approved, we will train you AND your dog! This means you will learn new skills, build confidence, and, most importantly, build a strong bond with your dog. We always start the training process ourselves, and one-on-one sessions will continue until the dog graduates to full service dog qualification. Furthermore, we will always be available for support and guidance throughout the life of your dog.
This practice is at the heart of our entire organization. We are enabling families to have a dog trained very specifically to their individual needs. This teamwork is also the reason we don't charge $15000 to $20000 for our dogs.
We love what we do and we take it very seriously. We can only work with people who take it just as seriously, and who are willing to put in the necessary time and effort.
We understand this arrangement does not work for everyone, and some may prefer to receive a fully trained dog right from the beginning. While we wish you the best in your relationship with your new service dog, we are not the organization for you.
Our methods are proven, and we stand behind the beautiful bonds we have created in the past. We hope we can continue to facilitate these bonds well into the future!
