Today is veterinary appreciation day and we’d like to specifically show some appreciation for our Doctor Kerry! She takes care of us, our pets, and hundreds of your pets so show her some love today!
And thank a veterinarian because it’s not an easy life for them these days. 🤍

Jude is here to remind you that if you don’t already have your pets on flea and tick prevention, you’ll want to start ASAP! We’ve been seeing lots of ticks this year.

The sand flies are back too and although they don’t usually cause discomfort, they can leave really red bite marks on your dogs exposed skin.

It’s sandfly season!

Usually these bites look worse than they are. Call your vet if you have concerns, but generally they don’t cause much harm. They can develop into little circles, but those circles are not a sign of Lyme disease or other diseases.

The first picture is of a dog with bites today and the second picture were the bites when they happened yesterday.
