Good Morning!
I wanted to drop in to express a few things...As many have already been doing, but many still may not know. Our appts are staying prebooked meaning when an appt is scheduled, the next is scheduled at the time of service. This has our appts 3-4 wks out on books. SATS are booked straight for the year.
I know it upsets many when they call and can't get right in as I try to accommodate each and everyone but sometimes it leads to overbooking and that has started to be too much. I want your pets to recieve the proper service in a timely manner and not feel rushed with them during their stay with us. So I can't continue to try to squeeze appts in as it's not only stressful to me but it's not fair to each dog that sits the table. Not to mention quality can sometimes not be as I'm use to and I don't want to be in position.
It's really important to prebook your next appt after each visit to not delay their grooms.
I most often work alone so times are very important not to just myself but to each client as everyone has a 'schedule' There are times I have a large dog that has to be worked straight thru and I have to lock my door to be in back to do. This is another reason the drop off and pick up times are crucial to be met.
I personally have always strived to have dogs done at appropriate times I tell each client and they are booked according to times needed.
I know some of you get upset when calling and hearing I can't do till....
I'm sorry but I'm only 1 person and quality is more important to me than quantity, but also it's keeping it stress-free for both you, the pets and myself.
I will probably continue to upset ppl but I can only do what I can do per day in a timely fashion and still continue to love what I do.
Hope you can be understanding of this.

People People People...when you are given a time and you agree to that time...you must be here on time!
30 mins/Hr later doesn't work for my schedule!
I will allow a 15 min late and trust me, don't be that client taking advantage of it every appt as I'll remember.
From here on out lateness and no shows will be held accountable for future appts.

Penny is 2 yrs old and super loving. She's up to date on all vaccines and spayed. She loves everyone and is housebroken and crate trained. She is a little 8 lb Dachshund.
Will be very selective for her new home and need Vet ref's as well. Contract which protects her as well as new family.
Serious inquires only...msg me
She loves lots of attention and would also do great for older person or couple.

We can't always answer the phone as we may be busy with a dog either on table or in tub...rather than hang up and call again, please leave a msg and as soon as I am free, your call will be returned. Calling and leaving no msg and saying well I called but no one answered isn't going to get you a call back and will also put you further out for an appt as we take calls in order received. You can also msg us on our page. Please don't leave a comment on a post asking for an appt as we don't usually see that.

Once again I've received sad news that one of our families had to say goodbye to a loving family member💔 This girl hits me particularly hard as I've had the privilege to groom her and to also get to know her parents personally. She is also one of those clients that I fell deeply in love with as she had such an amazing personality and was so giving and eager to please. She actually really made me fall in love with this breed...Standard Poodle.
Piper was only 4 yrs old and had a mass in her liver that unbeknownst to even her Vet as she displayed no changes except some weight loss but with her being so active and her love for chasing squirrels would have never been a thought that Cancer was growing in her liver. Even thru bloodwork and xrays and a recent dental Piper never showed any signs of discomfort.
Yesterday she showed her Mom and Dad something was very wrong and off to Vet they went at 9pm on Easter Day.
The heartbreak of her mass had ruptured and nothing really could be done was the hardest decision and goodbye for her parents.
Piper was nothing short of amazing and beautiful inside and out! She was the best girl for her Spa days and enjoyed playing w Sawyer.
To know Piper it's easy to fall instantly in love with her.
She will be so missed and I pray her parents will find the comfort in their hearts as time goes on as they were the absolute best parents ever, as Piper was a rescue they took in and I know she had such an amazing life w them.
RIP sweet girl, you were one special girl🩷

Baby boy Cash transition...he's a 6 mos old Mini Golden Doodle. Today was his 1st haircut and thanks to his family for 1st bringing him last month for what I call the intro, along with his Mom brushing and combing daily. All this handling and intro lead into the big day. He did amazing!! Good boy Cash!
