Starting August 2023 this will be the salons new no show policy

Due to the economic climate I'm having to change the prices and policies on no shows
Beginning August 1st expect a $5-$10 increase in bath services and groom services

As for no show appointments, there will be a fee to be paid at next appointment

I will post a more detailed version of the no show policy soon

⚠️Hello everyone just a quick issue I need to bring to attention, Please do not allow dogs to potty in the parking lot, on the walkways or on the balcony, I want to make sure this area is a comfortable and safe place for all the businesses here and dog's urine does damage to the wood on the balcony.

We should be making sure that the dogs are pottying before they leave home, accidents happen of course but I would much rather they happen in the salon as opposed to outside the door or on the walkway if for some reason you take your dog potty on the tree lawn you MUST pick it up and please keep them away from the mailboxes, I have bags of you didn't bring one

Hello everyone! Happy Holidays!
This had been a crazy year but it's almost over and time to start new.
In the spirit of that, in the new year there will be policy and price changes based on what I've experienced in 2021. But I'd like to include your thoughts as well 😁

If you have any suggestions for services or anything else you'd like to see added or to the salon go ahead and put them in the comments and I'll take them into consideration!
Do keep in mind I am the only person working at Pup Culture when leaving suggestions 🤣

Hey everyone! I just wanted to give a heads up, The salon will be closed September 10th through September 15th
I have very limited appointments available before those dates right now and I am coming to a point where I need to stop taking appointments (not including rebook appointments) for a brief time

I HIGHLY suggest that existing clients rebook appointments to make sure that we can keep timely maintenance for your fur babies!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to make a quick little announcement. I am a one family at a time groomer, I do take dogs who are nervous around other people and some are dog aggressive! A lot of the time I have families with more than one dog as well. So we have to make sure that we are keeping that appointment time and not coming in early to avoid dog to dog contact as much as possible.

If for any reason we do need to come in early I do require that you call ahead of time So I can let you know if I have a dog in the salon that cannot be around other dogs. I do use kennels but there are times where dogs are not in the kennel if I'm switching from tub to table or vice versa so to make sure that everyone is safe comfortable and happy let's work together to avoid dog to dog contact.

It's that time again guys, flea and tick season 😑 and skunk season

Make sure your fur babies are protected from fleas and ticks with the proper prevention. But if there is a slip in defenses 🤣 Pup Culture Grooming does offer flea and tick bath (FLEA AND TICK BATHS ARE NOT PREVENTION)

Remember skunk spray is an oil based form of protection from predators or anything/anyone too curious so make sure to keep an eye of your dogs, But if they do happen to get sprayed Pup Culture Grooming also provides deskunk baths
