Canine College Dog Obedience School

Visitors are welcome at Canine College. OBEDIENCE TRAINING is fun for you and your dog. By attending class one night weekly and following proven methods, with traditional metal slip collars and lots of praise. You will be amazed at the progress you make. OBEDIENCE TRAINING will make any dog a happier and more enjoyable home and outdoor companion. Every good dog

wants to please, but they don’t know right from wrong unless they are taught. OBEDIENCE TRAINING is fundamental in the training of hunting dogs. Your dog can be taught to heel, stay, sit, retrieve and respond to hand, voice or whistle commands. OBEDIENCE TRAINING can help you earn titles for your dog in obedience trials licensed by the American Kennel Club. CANINE COLLEGE students are known nationally as top trial competitors and winners. Canine College offers more advanced classes for Canine Prep graduates. The beginning dog obedience classes that are available through CANINE PREP at www.canineprep.com offer a strong foundation to build your relationship with your dog.

In 1956, Marly Whiting participated in the Westminster kennel club obedience exhibition and won first place. Years ago, I found this bowl blackened with tarnish among her many trophies. It was unreadable. Thanks to the excellent polishing skills of Peter Juhl, we know what it says!
Good luck to this year’s Westminster exhibitors, especially Pat Nevins and Harper!!!
