Change in Cancellation Policy:
Due to many last minute cancellations affecting our business, we have made a necessary change to our policies, effective immediately:

*Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a $50 fee to your credit card that day. This includes rescheduling appointments within 48 hrs, as we are unable to fill your spot within that timeframe.
*All customers must have a credit card on file.
*New client/cat Consultations are charged $65 for cancellations within 48 hrs.
*Customers who last minute cancel 3 times will be required to prepay in full for their future appoinments and will lose the full amount in event of cancellation within 48 hours
*Boarding cancellations within 48 hrs are subject to $50 per cat. On holiday stays, the requirement is 72 hours notice. In the event of a last minute cancellation of a holiday boarding stay- 3 nights boarding per suite is the fee.

Rags, our beloved salon cat, has always suffered from multiple health issues. He has a heart murmer, IBD, breathing problems, and stomatitis. He is slowing down these days, so give him a pet or snuggle next time you see him laying in a sunbeam.

Why does it take an experienced professional to trim a cat? Our blades are very short, their skin is naturally thin, and they move around. This is a healthy cat the vet shaved with a surgical length, you can see how close those blood vessels and tendons are to the skin of this cat's leg. We completed the haircut with a longer blade but we were 🥵!
