I am passionate about herbs and medicinal health! Tinctures take 4-6 weeks to steep so I have been shaking the glass jars of goodness every day and infusing them with positive energy while anxiously awaiting the day when I could funnel them into little glass bottles and start incorporating them into our daily routines! I also started infusing the oil that I cook and make soap bars with for more herbal goodness in our lives! Super excited to share knowledge and teach others the value of including herbs into your everyday life to promote longevity and health 🌿

Tinctures are brewing! St John Wort for seasonal affect disorder, prostate health for the man I love, and a lovely lavender migraine 🌿 Tinctures need to brew for 4 weeks, so these will be ready right in time for early fall when we start to focus on boosting ourselves for the upcoming season change!! -sufficiency

I spent the most glorious weekend soaking up as much knowledge as my brain could glean about herbs, plants and medicinal applications as I earned the first certification in my path to becoming a certified herbalist. The ducks are so happy to have their pools out again!

Sadly two of our ducklings passed away. Currently there are 3 little fuzz balls and 2 more hatching out.

Never a dull moment here at Lockshire Meadows - this morning out barn cat Blossom decided to have kittens in the house to the dulcet sounds of Josh Turner. As my cat midwifery skills are rather lacking I thought it was best to stay back and take pictures.

Happy Spring!! When you grow up on a farm, even cross ties are toys!!!
