Hey everyone,
Just a reminder that if you want items made and brought to the MCBA WI show in October, the order needs to be put in and paid for by Sept 25th.

We were about 3-4 week behind schedule but now, we're caught up and some of the items that will need to be shipped will head out soon.

Hello Everyone,
This is a public service announcement. Miller's Creature Comforts will now be known as VanHouten Cages. The chinchilla community has quite a few Millers already which had lead to some confusion, and it was brought to our attention that "creature comforts" was being misconstrued as HVAC repair. The new name should help clear things up in the future. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via Facebook. I'll be updating the business page soon with a new look and another PSA with our new logo.

Want the convenience of a collapsible carrier? Are you needing extra space but still need something to transport your pet for regular travel or for an emergency? We have these all metal carriers available. The top is the door which gives lots of space to get your pet in/out safely.

Right now we have a deal for 2 hanging chew toys, the foldable carrier and shipping for $65.

We accept Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. Cash is also accepted but for local pick up only.

After many requests the 24x24x24 chinchilla cages are coming back. These are made with and without wire bottoms. We have a shorter version also for emergency/travel/maternity. Foldable versions will be available soon. Can only ship the foldable versions and unassembled but the fully assembled can not be shipped. These will ship as a oversized box. Shelving will be sold separately.

You may not see much post lately as the move has been a long process after a major surgery I went through but we are slowly bringing up pre-made items again before we get back into full swing. Currently we have 20 chew toys in large and 15 small chew toys are available. We prefer to ship flat rate priority but can ship with other companies.

Update for everyone expecting their delivery in California this week. I've reached out directly to most of you but wanted to share incase you seen this first.

All deliveries are delayed until our vehicle is fixed. We had transmission issues just past Red Bluff at a rest stop. It was towed back to Red Bluff but a shop from Redding is doing the transmission work. Unfortunately the shop has not given an estimated time to fix it as everyone is extremely booked up and busy at the moment with their appointments. It's out of our hands right now and we're trying to pull strings to get things to everyone as quickly as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
