“Muzzled dogs aren’t bad dogs.”
- The Muzzle Up Project

Here at Dog Training Elite Richmond, we too believe that muzzled dogs are NOT bad dogs. The right muzzle can be an important tool to keep you, your pup, & others safe.

Muzzles are used for a number of reasons.

According to The Muzzle Up Project:

“ Dogs might wear muzzles because:

• She/He eats rocks, socks, or other non-food items that can be toxic or cause expensive and life-threatening surgeries.
• She/He is nervous of other dogs, and the muzzle helps keep everyone safe during off-leash hiking or on-leash walks.
• The muzzle works as a cue to tell other owners to give the dog some space.
• The owner wants to teach their dog to be comfortable wearing a muzzle in case the dog must wear one someday at the vet's office.”

We want to normalize the correct & safe use of muzzles. The only muzzles that Dog Training Elite Richmond recommends are basket muzzles because of the factors stated below.

Paul had the pleasure of speaking to the students today for their Career Day! He got to speak to two different groups about dog training, and Amber got to show off some of her skills! It was about 600 students total!
One of the students came up to him at the end of the presentation and gave Paul a picture she drew during the talk! Amazing!!!
Thanks for the opportunity to possibly inspire future dog trainers!!!

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
