Stalls✅bright airy matted stalls with runouts
Pasture ✅ conscientiously maintained large pastures with shade.
Riding areas✅ lighted outdoor sand arena with judges stand and jumps, lighted/ sprinkler system indoor arena for those bad weather days, beautiful bridle path around the property.
Extras✅ including in the board are blanketing, fly spray/masks, administering medicines, holding horses for twice yearly herd health, and worming, use of Equivibe therapeutic vibration plate, ( PEMF also available for extra cost).
For your stuff✅ tack lockers available for each stall. Trailer parking available. Heated and a/c boarder lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer and a shower. We even have a barbecue grill!

This girl is the epitome of love ❤️ would hang out and be doted on all day!
Daisy has been restarted over fences and would make a fabulous jumper for a brave kid!
And movement that would kill in the hack
She is a smart girl with TONS of potential in the jumper world, the dressage world, and with a little more time she would clean up in the hunter world!

Daisy is available for a limited time in the highest 4s until she gets some shows under her belt

IS RAIN ROT A FUNGAL OR A BACTERIAL DISEASE?

Rain rot (or rain scald) is the common name for a contagious BACTERIAL skin disease called dermatophilosis. It's caused by the bacterium "Dermatophilus congolensis," which thrives during wet seasons and in geographical locations with high precipitation and humidity. It can also develop after horses have sweat under blankets or tack, and equines with compromised immune systems are more susceptible.

Why should you not mistake rain rot for a fungal disease?
Antifungal medications and topicals have no effect on the bacteria responsible for rain rot, therefore diagnosing the condition correctly is very important!

How does rain rot happen?
The bacteria infects the hair follicles and damages the hair follicle and shaft; the hair will then pull out in small clumps leaving pink skin or purulent scabs behind (pro tip: your horse will NOT thank you for picking at them!) If you do not address the factors that promote the right bacterial environment (for example, you always leave your horse to stand outside in the rain without shelter or the protection of a waterproof rug), rain rot can keep recurring. If left untreated, the condition can even progress to a point where it opens the door for more serious, secondary skin infections.

If you suspect your horse has rain rot, be sure to consult your veterinarian on the best treatment plan based on the severity of your horse's case. While there are a million products that can be found in your local tack store, your horse doctor may have cause to prescribe a specific course of action.

We are still looking for MORNING barn help, M-F primarily stall cleaning. We have 20 stalls total however it does vary and usually 15-18. We pay weekly and can pay cash!! This is a great job for a mom who wants to get out of the house when kids are in school, a student who has afternoon/online classes or someone who has a second afternoon job. However we really rely on our staff and expect dependability!!
We are a midsized private farm with a few lessons students so we are a mostly adult and small group environment.

When I found Rebecca, I was struggling daily with my young OTTB. Her quirky and explosive personality had become too much for me to handle alone. Many other trainers had deemed her dangerous and we were running out of options. Within days of being in Rebecca‘s program, I saw massive changes. Rebecca has a calm, confident demeanor. She is patient and kind but firm with her asks. Displaying a very natural gift with what many might consider a hard to handle horse. Over the next several months that we worked together, Rebecca took the time to show me how to work the program on my own. She instilled the confidence in me that I needed to continue on this journey with my mare. We would still be working with Rebecca today if she had not moved out of our area. I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough for both the groundwork and dressage training she offers!

Boarding, Training and lesson spot available. Don’t let the name fool you! We are a multidisciplinary barn. Rebecca grew up riding Hunter/jumper but found her passion in dressage. However she has trained many young horses who have gone on to succeed in dressage and Hunter/jumper’s. She has excellent references. Her focus is in on correct basics on the flat, getting the horse to use the topline, be forward, calm and correct in their movement. She is especially good with OTTB’s having owned and trained several.
