Update on Kai. This boys a machine!!
Yesterday we finally had a shift in weather in KS and it cool/cold and windy, which meant the birds may not get up wild as soon as you step out of the truck. Took my 10 month old GSP Good Boy and a couple buddies out for some upland fun. He was hunting in front of my buddy at the time, over a pond dam from my line of site, so I didn’t get to see any of it live. Buddy yelled, “got a point up here!”. Buddy walked up kicked the grass, I hear a rooster cackle and a single shot. Then I hear “fetch it up!” So I start working my way up the bank. By the time I got up where I could see events unfolding, Kai (said GSP) was only a few feet from the shore with a rooster in mouth. By the time I got the video rolling he was proudly trotting with it in his mouth to bring it to me!! It was a great day!!

Her dad reports, She’s a big 2 year old and she hasn’t slowed a bit! Rubi still loves to play frisbee and has developed some impressive skills.
