Hello to all my wonderful clients (and the ones I am yet to find) Happy New Year to all of you!! If you haven't already received your appointment or schedule from me, you will. I Promise 😁 Hopefully the rest will be sent out tomorrow. I have been super sick and running way farther behind then I would like. This year I was blessed enough to have 83 clients on a standing schedule (this doesn't include the ones that aren't) Thank you. Always. You guys are quite literally the ones that help pay the bills ❤️ I will have a piece of paper for each of you to review. This will be a refresher on shop policies, pricings, hours, and basic information.

Thank you all again and I look forward to yet another wonderful year of providing services for your family

I can not say enough great things about The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation. They are going to be such a great asset to our community. The services they are providing are such a need for our beloved pets. Their company will go far beyond success because of the customer service that comes with it. They genuinely care about the impact your loss of a pet has on your family. Susan went above and beyond before their doors were even open as my old man was passing away. She was able to offer us the ability to have memorabilia split in the family. Thank you again so much for your kindness and a big welcome!!! You are very much accepted with open arms ❤️❤️

I'm so thankful for the career I have chosen! I am able to work and be attentive to my family. Wrapping up vacation and preparing for the school year!

With my move came some changes to accommodate my family life. Everyone will be made aware of these with their new schedule. I will have very limited hours and an extremely strict schedule. I will be able to be more flexible with pickup and drop off however. If you are unable to abide by these policies or they just don't work out for you, I understand please just communicate those things with me. I am not the groomer for everyone, and not every client is for me! I will always accommodate everyone of my clients to my fullest ability and go above and beyond for them when able!!

Enjoy this view as I leave it behind and prepare for the madhouse of school 🤣🤣
