Special Program at the Monday, Nov. 18 club meeting. we will have a program about Paws for Purple Hearts.
We will have Genevieve Timpone, Southeast Site Manager, from Paws for Purple Hearts. They are located in Ruther Glen, VA and train dogs for veterans. We will start the program after the meeting is called to order. Please try to attend this meeting so we can have
a good attendance for the first and only program for the year. Our club has voted to make a donation to this group though our Planned Giving committee. We appreciate each of you who will give your time for this program.
Monday, November 18, 2024, 2024 at 7:30p.m. at Tuckahoe Presbyterian Church, 7000 Park Avenue, Richmond, VA. All guests are always welcome!

The Virginia Kennel Club hosted our 2024 AKC Sanctioned B Match at Springfield Park, Glen Allen Va, October 19, 2024..
A beautiful sunny fall day, not too hot for the dogs! A big thank you to all who came out to participate, experienced and novice, and a big shoutout to all our Volunteers without whose help, we couldn’t have done it! We hope you had fun!
Total entry was 31. Congratulations to all the Winners! Thanks to Sarah Morgan for the Photos. Thanks to Sandie Friend our President for Grounds and arranging the Club Lunch afterwards.

HANDLING CLASSES ARE BACK! NEW LOCATION!
VKC DROP IN CONFORMATION HANDLING CLASSES. Dog Lover's Obedience School, 1127 Gaskins Road, Henrico, VA 23238 - Entrance is at the back of the building. Wednesday nights. Same schedule as before: Small dogs from 6:15 pm-7:00 pm, large dogs from 7:15 pm-8:00 pm. You must sign new waiver, then sign in, pay $10.00 CASH at the door- Please bring your vaccine records. Don’t feed your puppy before class and potty them outside before entering the building.

SMALL DOGS WILL BEGIN AT 6:15PM- 7:00PM
LARGE DOGS WILL BEGIN AT 7:15pm- 8:00PM
$5.00 PER PERSON, PAY AT THE DOOR- THIS IS A DROP-IN CLASS- YOU CAN BRING MORE THAN ONE DOG.
PLEASE POTTY DOGS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID ACCIDENTS IN THE BUILDING. DO NOT FEED BEFORE CLASS.
