Our Story
The Fan Sitter LLC provides in-home pet care and related services to Richmond’s historic Fan and Museum District neighborhoods.
Address queries to [email protected] My services are modeled around individual client needs and preferences. Generally these services include dog-walking, kitty litter patrol, feeding and watering, oral-medicating (as needed), playing and exercise, petting and loving, pet-related clean-up, plant care and mail-collection. PRICES... Unless otherwise indicated, prices are PER VISIT. Mail-collection and small-scale plant-watering are complimentary services. (Large-scale plant care and summertime watering of exterior gardens and potted plants are services priced on a case-by-case basis and are NOT included in the price of standard pet care visits.) One dog / cat $18 Two dogs / cats $20 Three dogs / cats $22 Daily “lunchtime” walks (while you’re at work) $16 per visit, for one dog $17 per visit, for two dogs Regular lunchtime clients are billed at the end of each calendar month. Overnight pet care $100 per twenty-four hr. day (includes all daytime care) Fish tank(s) / pond priced on a case-by-case basis Birdcage(s) priced on a case-by-case basis Reptiles / amphibians priced on a case-by-case basis Other friends (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.) priced on a case-by-case basis
