BPAC family.... I wanted to share this meme I saw tonight. I want you to know I feel all these things every day.

Please be patient as we continue to adjust to increased demand in our area. Every single patient matters to you and me. This means I want to spend the time needed to get it right. This also means that I may not be able to see your pet on emergency for vaccinations or something that has been going on for weeks and it's suddenly urgent to you. In order to give each patient the time they deserve, the time I need to get it right, you may need to wait until time allows. I will almost always see true emergencies same day. You can almost always wait to be worked in. You can almost always drop off a patient to be worked in.

This is not a job for veterinarians, it's our life's work.
